I think I'm going to become a Unitarian philosopher. Not sure yet if this is a good thing or not.
Three tasks I've taken on:
1. Develop a Unitarian Issues document control system (geeks: Is Django the best tool for this?) to facilitate discussion of same. Once tool is developed, populate it, get people to use it, and maintain it.
2. Start corresponding with other congregations about what issues are important to us, whether they want to use the tool I develop in #1, and how can we as fellowships be of aid and assistance to each other.
3. Meet with the Board of Trustees tonight and get myself appointed a delegate to the District meeting in Bellevue, WA February 18-21st. (Washington peeps: Anybody in the vicinity got a couch I could crash on for those four evenings?) Objectives: Meet people, network, see if I can get to know Peter Morales. Listen a lot.
