Kibbutz Irony

No, really, that's what it's called. In Hebrew. A kibbutz established within a pre-existing city is called "kibbutz ironi." I'm not sure if it's pronounced like the form of humor, or as if it's a pre-cooked, canned pasta dish (kibbutz-a-roni).
