I'm sending out my initial GeekCiv proposal today, and as is typical my brain is already trying to *use* the not-yet-existent system. When do I go with what I've got, vs. scrounge for more resources or gripe to the boss? As the boss, when do *I* scrounge for more resources for my team, tell 'em to go deal with it, and/or bitch to *my* boss? All good questions to be in the OSVS, and Not Timely Now.
I need to recruit project teams for the OSVS, the Individual and Organizational Contact Manager (probably OTS), the Idea File, the Proxy Manager, and Integration. And that's just the software side; need to start working on IDing venues and stake-holders for live implementation -- maybe that should have a separate team, in fact.
Step One: Get the *proposal* out, to my Trusted Reviewers. Even before then, care for self; go run -- well, ok, *walk* -- up the hill.
